The current Cell Phones for Soldiers enrollment period has closed.

We understand how essential this program is for at-risk veterans seeking to stay connected to critical resources, services, support networks, and loved ones. Cell Phones for Soldiers remains committed to expanding access to reliable connectivity for veterans in need.

Applications received between July 15 and September 15 are still being processed. Applicants will be notified directly when their phone is ready.

We do not yet know when the next enrollment period will open. Veterans and Veteran Service Officers are encouraged to complete the form below to receive notification when applications reopen.
